The measurements we show are width by the height of our lens which you can use to match yours. The center spring allows the lenses to stretch apart so frame width if average is not a concern. They are all rectangles but shape is a consideration of which there are 4 shapes to choose from. 1/8" equals 3.175mm which you can multiply by your size to get mm size or you can take the inch measurement of your lenses and google inches to mm and you will get a conversion chart. Then take your mm size and select the closest you can find within a few mm. Remember to consider shape as well. A little larger is better than a little smaller to ensure coverage.
